Doug Logan co‑founded the company in 1998 alongside his son, Jim, bringing with him a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community. With more than 34 years of experience in the lawn, pest, and termite industry, Doug is certified and licensed in both lawn and termite operations. Before building the family business, he proudly served over 20 years in the United States Navy. Doug and his wife, Gail, share a large and close‑knit family—4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great‑grandchildren—and he takes great pride in the fact that 9 of those grandchildren have contributed to the company’s success over the years.
